Crypto Prop Trader at Spanco Solutions

Spanco Solutions is looking for a driven and analytical Crypto Prop Trader to join our trading desk. We are looking for individuals with a strong intuition for market microstructure and the ability to execute high-volume strategies in the DeFi space.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency markets, specifically focusing on liquidity provision or institutional trading.
- Deep understanding of market volatility, order flow, and trade execution strategies.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trading opportunities across decentralized exchanges.
Important: This is a trading-focused role. No coding or software development experience is required. We value traders who focus on strategy, risk management, and execution rather than technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize large, illiquid positions while mitigating counterparty risk.
- Monitor market movements and execute block trades without creating significant market impact.
- Collaborate with the desk to refine trading strategies based on historical data series and market extremes.
- Maintain a balanced portfolio, managing exposure to Delta, Gamma, and Vega as byproduct indicators of successful strategy execution.
